An Outreach Program of Mediation and Diversion Services of the 13th Judicial Circuit

The SouthShore Community Justice Center offers a mediation program which is a forum for resolving conflicts FREE of charge to the participants. Mediation allows the parties in conflict to discuss the issues informally and in their own words.
An impartial third party, called a mediator, assists the parties in exploring solutions to the problem. The parties themselves determine the outcome of the mediation conference.
